This installation challenges the perception of a moving image and experience of sound sculpture. The focus of the piece is to rethink the relationship between a traditional medium and technology.

DANIELA REPAS was born in Bosnia in 1979. After 6 years of civil war she escaped her country and since then lived in Western Europe and United States. She had her first solo show in 1999 in Geneva as a painter. Since then her work developed into installation and video work that she displayed in her own galleries in Colorado and Oregon. In 2005 she became a Lemelson scholar at PNCA, where she is currently studying intermedia arts. "I am driven by the beauty of art and its capability to provide a venue for social, political, personal or any other address to the reality surrounding us."
